In Last Decree, you govern a medieval kingdom through court decisions and seasonal planning. Hear the people asking for your help, weigh what the realm can afford, and decide whose needs must wait. Then live with what you set in motion.

Listen to petitions, settle disputes, and negotiate with nobles and officials. Consider their interests, the evidence, and the terms you can actually honour. A signed agreement is only the beginning: someone must deliver the grain, pay the compensation, or carry out your ruling.

KEEP THE KINGDOM FED—AND FUNCTIONING.

Each season, divide limited money, food, and labour between relief, repairs, construction, and the army. Raising troops leaves fewer hands in the fields. A new project needs workers as well as funding. War and plague make these choices harder—and leave a country to rebuild afterwards.
