« I would love to hear from the community early on to incorporate feedback as I work on each of the planned worlds, focusing on unique and interesting atmospheres and creative, unexpected synergies with proper balancing. Being able to talk with players early on gives a great opportunity to strike the right balance of progression and make sure that loot stays smart and all skills and gear can lead to interesting and varied playstyles. »

« 1 year, with incremental releases every few months as worlds and levels are completed. »

« There are more adventure mode worlds planned with increasing levels of difficulty, each with unique atmospheres, storylines, enemies, bosses, ubers, and progression. The later worlds are planned to have many challenging Ubers/endgame encounters and levels, with a requirement to be broken to win (think godly amounts of damage, crushing blow, DR, dodge, resists). The specific nature of these levels, their number, and the challenge progression will be subject to change over the course of Early Access based on community feedback.

There are also plans to include more survival maps that will incorporate the new enemies and atmospheres as new adventure worlds are released, and are planned to increase in size and complexity to potentially involve more map positioning and exploration advantages (shrines, loot boxes, defensive points). The complexity of survival mode will also depend on community feedback and whether there is a desire for a more simplistic play or more gameplay variance. »

« The current state of the game ships with 1 fully completed adventure world ending in a world boss fight and several major bosses along the way, with 19 adventure mode levels, 9 adventure mode questlines, and 4 survival mode maps. There are 5 complete player classes with over 25 unique skills each, including "Void Tree" skills that are meant for the mid-game around level 90. There are over 150 uniques, 10 sets, and and 137 runewords, each with interesting skill synergy possibilities. »

« The price will increase after the Early Access period ends and the full game content is complete, but will not increase during the course of Early Access. »

The hyperplanes of time and space have been disturbed by an unknown source of immense power. Rise to the occasion in your timeline with one of five character classes and hunt down the source of the disruption before all realities in all timelines devolve into chaos.

Adventure Mode

Tackle the challenging adventure mode by leading the charge from the Dark Hollows, at the frontier of the stabilized world. Take on quests from NPCs and earn strategic rewards from them, or if you're brave enough, charge straight through the hordes on a mission to the closest World Rift.

Battle through rain-drenched woods, navigate foggy desolate canyons, and survive the scorching heat of volcanic magma chambers. Discover hidden items, mysterious traders, and anomalous caverns buried in the procedurally generated wilderness.

Fight hordes of skeletons, corrupted fungi, and giant monsters with unique abilities like the willow hulks and spider matriarchs. Test your mettle against Champion and Elite monster packs with randomized affixes that demand quick thinking and tactical adaptability. Engage in responsive, autoaim melee or ranged combat designed for precision. Dodge, strike, and unleash multiple skills and attacks at once in a seamless dance of destruction.

Survival

Otherwise, jump into a casual game of action RPG survival to see how far you can go with the resources that you get from fallen enemies on each wave. Either way, you'll be thinking carefully about how you use your resources and getting the satisfaction of clearing screens when your builds work out.

Progress through 4 survival maps, each with a unique progression of foes and different strategies to win. Survive to the end to unlock perks, characters, and more power for your adventure mode characters.

Skills, Crafting, and Powerful Gear

Your survival depends on mastering an arsenal of over 25 skills per class with synergies to reach broken levels of power, ascending exponentially to fight stronger and stronger foes, bosses, and ubers in the late game.

Unlock and upgrade dozens of active and passive skills. Become a Dark Knight wielding void lightning, a Lich King commanding the undead, or a master of tri-elemental devastation. Find rare gems, runes, and charms to socket into your gear and further empower your builds. Create game-breaking runewords, unique, and set gear combos and stack your stats to survive difficult encounters. There are hundreds of uniques, sets, and runewords to choose from and an in-game codex system to help you think through your next craft.

Chain skill and proc abilities together with powerful gear synergistic effects. Trigger chaotic lightning storms on critical hits, frost novas when struck, morph into powerful avatars, or spit deadly fireballs every time you drink a health potion to turn the tide of battle.
