About This Game

At first, there was the light, and there was the darkness. 

To maintain harmony, two beings were created, named Fate and Time. Each would use their power to assort souls into the light or the dark, keeping the universe at balance.

However, now, there is great unrest. Souls are resisting against their destinies, disrupting harmony in both the light and the dark. 

This will not stand. Someone, something must bring back order.

What does this game contain? 

Insolent is a pixel-art action RPG, centered around deep rooted story elements. Current features contain: 

• Fully functional combat system! 

  • 5 unique weapons

  • 2 unique bosses and lots of enemies 

  • Weapon scaling, status leveling, perks, and more... 

• Exploration, looting, and atmosphere! 

  • A dark and sinister atmosphere, with 4 areas and over 60 rooms 

  • over 50 unique items

  • item crafting, weapon bolstering, and other secret stuff... 

• Deep rooted story elements! 

  • humorism determines how NPCs interact with you, major plot points (eventually even endings...) and even your build! 

  • There are loads of NPCs, intractable objects and merchants

  • The current demo for insolent covers the first segment of the story, and the rest of this is already designed- all that remains is to implement it! (AKA the hard part)
