Silent Still 3 is a first-person psychological horror experience centered on the terror of sleep paralysis and loss of control. You are confined to your surroundings, unable to move freely, forced to observe subtle changes in the environment as fear slowly takes hold.

Set within grounded, realistic spaces, the game builds tension through silence, limited movement, and unsettling visual and audio cues. Instead of relying on constant jump scares, fear emerges from anticipation, isolation, and the feeling that something is watching—waiting for you to notice it.

Each scenario places you in vulnerable situations where awareness is your only defense. As reality subtly distorts, you must endure the moment and survive the experience, even when escape feels impossible.
