AFTERJOY: Demo is a short narrative horror experience set in the past, years before the events of the full game.

You play as a night security guard working the final shifts at Afterjoy Industries, a factory officially scheduled for permanent shutdown.
Your job is simple: monitor the building, complete routine checks, and make it through the night.

But something inside the factory is still active.

This demo focuses on atmosphere, environmental storytelling, and tension, rather than combat. As the night progresses, strange sounds, unexplained power fluctuations, and unsettling hallucinations begin to blur the line between malfunction and intent.

The demo is fully canonical and explores key events that directly connect to the story of the full game.

AfterJoy is a psychological horror game that contains frightening scenes, suspense, and depictions of violence. Players may encounter blood effects, dead bodies or body parts (non-sexual), and disturbing imagery related to murder/abduction.
