The focus is on survival, but as the giants are female these interactions can be considered fetish content (vore/giantess/macrophilia).

There are frequent scenes of eating alive and occasional crushing - all mostly shown in first person with descriptions and brief images (no gore). Players can also be placed in a one character's pants, and there is a non-explicit sex scene. The enemies have moderately revealing costumes, with no nudity but some bare skin.
