This game features shrinking scenarios around a dorm of girls who may eat or crush you; players can get swallowed alive and stomped on by three different characters. The focus is on survival, but as the giants are female these interactions can be considered fetish content (vore/giantess/macrophilia).

There are frequent scenes of eating alive and occasional crushing - all mostly shown in first person with descriptions and brief images (no gore). Players can also be placed in a one character's pants, and there is a non-explicit sex scene. The enemies have moderately revealing costumes, with no nudity but some bare skin. There are internal shots of mouths, and cartoonish stomachs.
