About This Game

Welcome to the world of Calyfos, a realm forged by collective imagination. Fear, hope, and desire manifest as Tuplalings and humanity draw power from the divine 10 Catalysts, beings worshiped as living gods who channel collective belief into magic.

Now, a mysterious organization known as the Cognitari is sweeping across the land, offering the promise of emotional “clarity” while leaving behind towns and regions warped by unstable magic and erratic creatures. Only a small group of six unlikely heroes can perceive the threat beneath its serene façade:

  • Kito, a monk whose magical eyes reveal truths hidden to ordinary sight, able to see the invisible patterns shaping the world (Ability: Unknown Vision, letting him spot hidden objects and pathways).

  • Justice, a daring cowgirl outlaw with her sights set on the stars, whose restless spirit drives her to defy limits (Ability: Shoot at will, making her able to shoot objects in order to initialize special events and interactions or get items).

  • Marianne, a mysterious young girl attuned to the sea, drawing power and insight from the shifting waters (Ability: Slimy Movement, as she is able to breathe underwater and move freely in water in order to find secret items or solve puzzles).

  • Reckless, a flamboyant thief with majestic wings, whose charisma masks a deadly precision (Ability: Wings of Freedom, as he has wings that let him soar the skies in order to reach high points during town exploration. During over world exploration he can just use them to double jump).

  • Opus, a sorcerer with technological implants and a fractured mind, whose split personality alternates between brilliance and chaos (Ability: TH3M1S, a small construct that follows him, as he is able to use it in order to enter small spaces and solve puzzles).

  • Kane, a disciplined imperial guard with horns, carrying the weight of duty and honour while navigating her own inner struggles (Ability: Bestial Strength, which she can use to break damaged materials, such as cracked walls or ice).

Together, they traverse landscapes shaped by human emotion, confronting fear-born creatures, unravelling magical anomalies, and following the trail of the Cognitari as it quietly reshapes the psyche of the world.

To save the world, they must preserve not perfection, but the imperfect humanity that gives it life.

The main playable characters

Combat Overview
Combat is fully turn-based and built around smart decision-making and timing. During each turn, you choose one of four core actions, allowing every character in your party to contribute in their own way.

Attack
The Attack command lets a character strike with their currently equipped weapon, dealing physical damage or elemental damage if the weapon carries an element. Each attack features a character-specific quick time event: hit the prompt at the right moment to boost your damage and turn the tide of battle.

Skills
Skills allow characters to use powerful abilities granted by their class. Characters can also multiclass, combining two classes to unlock a wider variety of skills and strategies, giving you more freedom to customize your playstyle.

Items
Items are shared across the entire party and can be used at any time in combat. From healing and support items to consumables that deal damage, proper item usage can be the key to surviving tough encounters.

Maneuvers
Maneuvers are unique abilities tied directly to each character. Unlike class-based skills, these actions are personal and distinctive, giving every character their own combat identity and allowing for creative and powerful tactics.
