About This Game

You play as Ulrik, a gifted man of mysterious origin, pushing through a land collapsing under invasion, corruption, and forbidden magic. War has torn the country apart, old powers have been disturbed, and nothing lives in harmony anymore.

Hunted by forces that understand more about him than he does himself, Ulrik must fight his way forward through carefully crafted encounters, explore hostile environments, and uncover forgotten rites and half-buried truths about himself and the world he was taken from.

The journey takes you through a grounded folkloric world inspired by late nineteenth-century Scandinavia, where trolls still lurk in forests, witches practice dangerous rites, and superstition shapes how people survive. Magic exists, but it is feared, regulated, and often abused.

Ulrik does not face this journey alone. Toss, travels at his side and bears witness to the danger, fear, and moments of relief along the way. Together, they push forward through a land where every step risks discovery, and every encounter carries consequence.
