Kenapa harus Akses Dini?

“BOXROOM has been conceived and developed with the player - a player just like you, in fact - in mind. The trouble is, we don't know what's IN your mind, and what you might want (or expect) of a game about defining your game collection in your way. It's a very personal thing. And so Early Access allows us to develop the game in the open, turning on new features and addressing specific requests as they bubble up from the community.

We don't know what we don't know, basically, and EA is perfect to fill that gap.”

“We're aiming for a 6-9 month EA period. ”

Tentang Game Ini

Do you miss running your finger along the spines of all your game boxes, deciding what you might be in the mood to play? Do you long for instruction manuals, inlays, and that intoxicating plasticky smell when you crack open a new box and bury your nose inside. Ahhh. 

BOXROOM is a shrine to all of that; a little space to call your own, and a way to explore and interact with your game library in a more meaningful way. 

It's a throwback to the bedrooms and game-spaces of yesteryear - a place for shelves, cabinets and curated displays, for posters, figurines and collectors items. 

It's also a game, if you want to call it that; a design/decorator-sim giving you the space to put a stamp on your Steam library and game collection. After setting up your room and preferred shelving arrangement, the game will boot your ACTUAL Steam library onto the shelves - giving you space to arrange, curate and explore your collection as you see fit. 

Put your feet up! Sit back and soak in the space. 

You can then share your room with a friend (or your mortal enemy I suppose) to show off your collection in all its glory. 

  • Build, design and arrange your game room

  • Populate your shelves with your actual game library, direct from Steam

  • Search the BoxCo Catalogue for your preferred furniture and furnishings

  • Secret figures, collector's editions and upgrades based on certain games - how many are hiding in your collection?

  • Pick up, inspect and re-arrange your game-boxes as you see fit

  • Share your rooms with friends and show off your collection

  • Integrate your own items and textures with Steam Workshop functionality.
