Identify the type of insurance card (employee insurance, national insurance, elderly insurance, or paper certificates) and handle check-in and payment correctly. Accurate, speedy service raises patient satisfaction and lowers your risk of getting fired.—Mistakes, or keeping patients waiting too long, put your job in danger.

Use the Contribution Points (CP) and salary you earn from work to make the hospital better.
