The Incident Room is a 2–4 player cooperative supernatural horror investigation game where you do not examine a crime after it occurs — you intervene before it becomes history.

Set in a remote 1700s coastal settlement, players are dropped into the final 60 minutes before a documented supernatural murder. The town is alive, suspicious, and already moving toward an inevitable outcome. History says the victim dies. Midnight is coming.

There are no resets.
If you fail, you witness exactly what was always meant to happen.

CORE GAMEPLAY

• Asymmetric Co-Op (2–4 Players)
  Each player possesses a different townsfolk from the era — doctor, priest, lighthouse keeper, coast guard, librarian, fisherman, drifter — each spawning in separate buildings with unique abilities, access, and perspective.

• Distributed Investigation
  No single player can see the full truth. Critical clues are scattered across locations, NPCs, documents, and rituals. Information must be communicated and synthesized through teamwork.

• Real-Time 60-Minute Countdown
  Time never pauses. Events progress whether you act or not. Miss key moments, and the town moves closer to its recorded fate.

• AI-Driven Narrative Paths
  An AI Director dynamically selects from multiple hand-crafted supernatural scenarios based on how players investigate, ensuring each session unfolds differently while remaining narratively coherent.

• Interrogation, Exploration, and Survival Horror
  Question townsfolk, read forbidden texts, examine environments, manage panic and sanity, evade supernatural entities, and survive escalating threats as midnight approaches.
