About This Game

Roadside Reseal

Roadside Reseal is a first‑person narrative horror game with simulator mechanics set in a failing roadside convenience store. You’re on the night shift, tasked with keeping the shelves stocked, the lights working, and—most importantly—the seal closed. Every night is a research into survival.

Story

You took this job to prove you can hold yourself together. But the store remembers more than you do. As the nights drag on, fragments of your past return—out of order, out of place, and out of your control. The cracks in the seal widen, and something presses against them, waiting to break free. Each shift becomes a research into memory, paranoia, and the limits of control.

Gameplay - Research

  • Restock shelves: Products don’t always look the way they should—research what belongs and what doesn’t.

  • Take deliveries: Lock away shipments before they spill into something worse.

  • Fix the lights: Darkness is never empty here, and your research into the wiring might save you.

  • Clean the mess: Dust, blood, or something you can’t quite name.

  • Upgrade the store: Stronger locks, working cameras, alarms—tools to keep the seal intact.

  • Manage your mind: Stress rises, paranoia grows. Pills help—for a while, but research their side effects carefully.

Atmosphere

Nights filled with meaningless events that rip you out of routine. Strange guests arrive—some customers, some not. Glitches in memory, gaps in time, whispers in the aisles. The store itself feels alive, and it remembers what you want to forget. Every encounter feels like research into something you were never meant to know.
