You wake up in the cold wilderness with no clear memory of how you survived the plane crash. Alone, shivering, bleeding, and breathing through lungs that hurt with every breath. Your decisions, even the smallest ones, will determine whether you survive.

Wildwake is a text-driven survival game about judgment under pressure. There are no obvious shortcuts. Your resources are your body, your mind, what you carry, and what you notice. The story remembers your choices, and their weight accumulates.

The branching narrative affects your survival chances, your character and the story going forward.

• Keep a frostbitten finger or cut it off

• Eat snow to get water, or push through until you find a better source

• Cross a valley filled with deep snow or take the mountain ridge

• Crawl into an unfinished snow shelter or risk making a fire through the night

Grounded in research on cold-weather physiology and real survival accounts, Wildwake combines physical deterioration and environmental pressure with deep narrative and systemic realism.

EXPRESSIVE AND HAND-DRAWN ART

Wildwake is illustrated in black and white, using a handmade visual style that combines digital watercolor, charcoal textures and experimental mark-making. Every image is raw, expressive and psychological, made to serve the storytelling rather than decorate it.
