Why Early Access?

“We are a small 2-dev indie studio with limited resources. We want to focus on getting the game out there as soon as possible, to gather feedback and community input on which direction they want us to develop the game. We have solid ideas on how we are going to continue development towards the full release, but we think it is crucial to validate and align our goals with an actual audience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are estimating a year of development from Early Access release to the Full Release. However this is solely dependent on the scope of the features that we end up locking in for the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are planning on adding more enemy types, more weapons (and abilities for them), more tricks to get points from and more levels. Additionally, we want to explore possibility to create boss fights. Those are the main forms of content we think that could add more variety and replayability for our game.

Some additional features we are considering: Level Editor, 360-combat and campaign/story elements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core features for the Early Access:
- PUNCH, SLICE, PARRY, DODGE and DASH your way through unrelenting waves of enemies
- Use your FISTS to punch enemies into a pulp
- Grab the SWORDS from fallen enemies to vary your combat style
- Unleash powerful ABILITIES, both with your fists and the swords
- Scoring system that rewards THE COOLEST COMBOS
- Four UNIQUE CHALLENGE LEVELS to test your skills
- Four DIFFICULTIES for each level to prove yourself the ultimate martial arts master
- An ENDLESS MODE for facing the ultimate challenge (and workout :D)
- GLOBAL LEADERBOARDS for the endless mode to flex your skills

During the Early Access, we will periodically add more content and features based on what our community desires.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are planning on gradually rising the price towards the full release as we include more and more content. We feel that the price should always reflect the amount of polish and content we are offering.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Since the feel of the combat is our core design pillar, we are eager to listen to what the community has to say, especially about the feel of our core combat mechanics. We want to polish the mechanics to the perfection, because we feel that proper spectacle-fighter style combat is what VR games are missing right now.

We have a growing Discord community that we use for listening to and communicating the most close and personal aspects regarding our development process. In addition to that, we will post regular updates on the Steam Store page and our other social media.”
