Why Early Access?

“Mudventure is a real-time multiplayer party game where cute mole characters dig through unique mudflats together. We decided on Early Access to test the stability of our core 'digging system' and 'real-time multiplayer synchronization' with a larger player base. We want to actively listen to community feedback to create a more hilarious and polished party game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. However, this schedule may change depending on player feedback and the development progress of additional contents to ensure the best possible experience.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version, we plan to provide a more stable multiplayer environment and balance adjustments based on player feedback. Furthermore, to offer a richer and more engaging experience, we are planning to introduce a housing system, as well as a wider variety of customizable gear and special items.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version allows players to fully enjoy the core multiplayer game loop. It includes a real-time mudflat digging system based on Digger characters, along with item looting and shop upgrade features. Players can smoothly experience the real-time competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes with friends.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“To express our gratitude to those who participate during the Early Access period, the price will not change when Early Access ends.”

The world of Mudventure is never static. Your strategy must change with the real-time ebb and flow of the tide. Explore hidden caves revealed during low tide, but hurry to high ground before the water rushes back! As the tide rises, new paths open while new dangers emerge.

Don't just dig—reshape the world. With the Digger System, you can freely destroy and mold the mudflat terrain. Carve your own paths to find rare resources deep underground or create efficient escape routes to evade pursuing monsters.

🎣 Fish, Gather, and Survive

The mudflats hold more than just dirt. Utilize everything the island offers to aid your escape.

  • Fishing: Cast your line to catch essential items or rare fish that fetch high prices at the market.

  • Gathering: Scour the island for mysterious resources. Roam the newly opened "Starfish Island" to collect precious materials for crafting.

🔮 The Witch’s Cauldron & Arcane Recipes

Craft essential survival items using the Witch’s Cauldron. Dig up hidden recipes from the mud or purchase new ones from the shop. The tools and potions you craft will be your only shield against giant monsters and the harsh environment.

⚔️ 5 Giant Bosses & Legendary Ship Parts

Peaceful surfaces hide ancient secrets. To escape, you must repair your broken ship—but its core parts have been swallowed by 5 legendary monsters ruling the island. Defeat them to reclaim what’s yours! Use special gear to track hidden treasures and earn exclusive rewards in deep subterranean caves.

🤝 4-Player Co-op Fun

Team up with up to 4 players in real-time. Divide roles: one digs, one fishes, and another scouts for monsters. The chaotic escape from the mudflats is always better with friends!

Coding Assistance: ChatGPT and Gemini were used as auxiliary tools for code optimization and system architecture design. This allowed our team to focus more on building a stable multiplayer environment.

Visual Content: ChatGPT (DALL-E) was used to generate certain static images, such as in-game item icons and textures. All AI-generated assets underwent a manual refinement process to ensure they align perfectly with our game’s unique art style.
