Defrag Incremental is a retro-styled incremental strategy game about cleaning up messy drives for money and turning risky jobs into long-term progress. Analyze each disk, choose the right algorithm, manage heat and wear, and decide when to play it safe or push for a better payout.

Every disk is different. Some are fragile but valuable. Others are packed with bad sectors, unmovable blocks, or awkward layouts that force you to adapt your plan. The wrong call can damage a drive, cut into your profits, or waste a promising opportunity.
