What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Although the game’s core systems are now playable, I want to continue improving areas such as combat balance, quest clarity, and the overall gameplay flow based on real player experiences.
I see Early Access not only as a way to expand the game with more content, but also as an important opportunity to identify technical issues that may only appear when the game is played by a wider audience and to improve the existing systems in a more informed way.
The main foundation of the game is already in place. Throughout Early Access, I plan to use player feedback to refine the current systems, increase the variety of content, and gradually expand the game world.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game is planned to consist of three chapters. Based on the current development plan, I am aiming to complete the first chapter within approximately 12 to 18 months.
However, development time may change depending on player feedback, possible system revisions, and the scope of future updates. For this reason, I do not want to give a fixed date for the end of Early Access. My priority is to release new content when it is ready and has reached a level of quality I am satisfied with.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include the complete three-chapter main story, with currently inaccessible areas of the map opening gradually throughout development.
I plan to add more main quests, storylines, standalone events, smaller side quests, playable characters, enemies, and boss encounters. The variety of weapons, armor, items, and abilities is also expected to grow through future updates.
I also plan to expand NPC storylines, improve the available language options and translations, add Steam achievements, and continue improving the game’s visual effects, audio, interface, and overall presentation.
These are my current development goals. The scope and priority of individual features may change depending on the development process and the feedback received from players.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All of the game’s core gameplay systems are active and playable in the Early Access version. Players can travel across the map, complete main quests and smaller side quests, encounter chance-based events, and take part in turn-based battles.
The camp, inventory, equipment, character progression, smithing, trading, and combat systems are all available in the current build. There are currently two playable characters, and approximately one-third of the first chapter’s map is accessible.
The main story is not yet complete, and the current content ends at a specific point. For now, players can only progress through the open portion of the map. Future updates are planned to move this boundary forward, open new regions, and continue the story.
The game uses a single-save system with automatic saves triggered at specific points.
Although the core systems are functional, this is still a game in active development. The variety of regions, enemies, items, and other content is more limited than what is planned for the full version. Some text or translation errors may also be present. Audio, effects, and the overall presentation will continue to be improved in future updates.
There are currently no known major issues that prevent progression. However, if players encounter an unexpected problem, they can send a report directly through the in-game “Report Bug” option.
There is also a small possibility that major system changes introduced in future updates could affect existing save files.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I currently plan to keep the price unchanged throughout Early Access. The price may increase when the game leaves Early Access, depending on the amount of content added and the overall scope the game has reached by that point.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Player feedback will be an important part of the Early Access development process. I am especially interested in feedback regarding combat balance, quest clarity, technical issues, and the priority of future content.
Players will be able to share their feedback through the Steam Community, posts on the game’s Steam news and announcement page, and the in-game “Report Bug” option.
Throughout Early Access, I plan to release regular bug-fix patches alongside larger content updates at planned stages of development. The direction of these updates will not be shaped only by the existing development roadmap, but also by the areas where players experience the most difficulty or feel that improvements are most needed.
As an independent developer, I may not always be able to reply to every piece of feedback individually. However, I will regularly review bug reports, criticism, and suggestions and take them into consideration throughout development.”

About This Game

“If there is a palace, there is a tyrant to bring down.”

A Turn-Based Rebellion, Told Through Simple Play

Lead a small spark of resistance on a besieged island nation. Command your heroes in fast, turn-based battles, take missions from a desperate people, and push back a tyrant’s grip—one hard choice at a time. Time moves as you travel, fight, and gamble on events, and some opportunities only exist at certain hours. Rest at camp to recover and press on… but every rest advances the calendar, and not every mission will wait.

Turn-Based Battles — No Grid, No Filler

Battles are clean, decisive, and turn-based. Each unit acts in sequence with a limited number of moves per turn—attack, use an item, or spend a skill use you might not get back until you rest. Enemies can come in waves, and victory earns experience and loot to keep the uprising alive.

Missions That Open the Road Forward

Take missions from NPCs across the map: win a fight, survive an event, retrieve a critical item, or reclaim a building from occupation to gain new advantages. The main story follows a chained path toward the true enemy—with fail-forward progress when things go wrong, keeping the struggle moving even through setbacks.

Camp, Caravan Market, Blacksmith, Rest, and the Cost of Recovery

Camp is where you rearm the rebellion: adjust stats, pick skills and masteries, manage items, and rest to fully recover and refresh skill uses. But rest advances the day—and without enough food, recovery won’t come easy. When you need to gear up, visit the Caravan Market to buy or sell supplies, or bring battered equipment to the Blacksmith for repairs. Your time is a resource. Spend it well.

Boss Encounters With Their Own Rules

Bosses don’t just hit harder—they change the fight. Face duelists that force one-on-one showdowns, commanders that summon reinforcements mid-battle, and commanders that escape only to test you again later. Learn their patterns, adapt your tools, and survive long enough to keep hope breathing.

Lost Stories You Can Collect and Read

Find letters and book fragments that reveal the island’s past—and its wounds today. Some stories are more than lore: reading them can trigger special missions and legendary threats with higher rewards and harsher consequences. In this rebellion, words can be weapons.

The uprising starts small.

Keep your heroes standing. Keep the people believing.
