In This Demo

Play through all gameplay areas of Quadrant 1 of Trapped on the FlipSide in its early stages. Immerse into the game with a first pass at art, sound and UI. Most mechanical gameplay elements are in place, but more is to come with the full release!

What to Expect from the Full Release

On top of the areas available in the Demo, a complete narrative overhaul will be implemented, allowing for a fully voiced dynamic narrative that evolves as you play. The art of all environmental gameplay elements will be revamped. An animated introduction sequence will familiarize you with the characters and setting. Secrets will have an impactful connection to the narrative. Quality of life improvements, including full settings and subtitles, will be added.

If Quadrant 1 of the game gets enough support, brand new quadrants (similar size to the first) will be developed with brand new additions to the narrative, gameplay mechanics and environment. New Areas, new challenges, new secrets, new bosses and more!

Energised the ecosystem to open doors, unlock abilities and open the way to more areas to discover.

Seamless Brutalist Megastructure

Explore an interconnected ecosystem of stone and metal, navigate and solve abstract challenges. Seamlessly go between areas and easily return to previous places with what is necessary to move forward.

Layers of Gameplay

Find abilities that will allow for further exploration. Discover secrets, all with their own personal flair. Accomplish what is needed to uncover and conquer the bosses, hidden deep within the stone.

Horizontal Slice

The Demo contains most of the gameplay scope intended for the main game (4 Areas, 3 Bosses, Many Challenges). The main game will expand on the project with a fully voiced narrative that shifts based on your progress through the game. The final game will also have a revamp to many models, aiming for a high fidelity experience and world!
