About This Game

BUILD YOUR COLLECTION. CHOOSE YOUR COMMANDER. ENTER THE ARENA.

Commander Clash is a gritty pixel-art fantasy card battler where every card becomes an action on the battlefield. Spells tear across the arena, summoned allies charge the opposing side, and commanders physically strike one another in fast five-second turns.

Choose from 16 playable commanders, each with a unique ability, combat identity, dialogue, story introduction, and ending. Build and name up to five decks per profile from a collection of 264 cards, with a four-copy limit for every card. Victories in eligible modes award card packs and currency that remain tied to the active profile.

STORY MODE: THE PATH OF CONQUEST

Take a commander through a randomized ladder of eight rival commanders and four escalating boss battles. Every commander pairing has unique pre-fight dialogue, while character-specific introductions and endings build the larger conflict around the Void King. Story progress autosaves after victories, and defeat offers the choice to continue the saved conquest or return to the main menu.

Hidden challengers may interrupt the ladder. Defeat one and the journey continues; overcome one to claim cards from a special twenty-card reward pool. Progress is marked in the Path of Conquest as defeated foes accumulate.

FAST, PHYSICAL CARD COMBAT

Every match is best two-out-of-three, with one card normally played per five-second turn. Card effects appear as animated attacks, spells, allies, healing, wards, and battlefield abilities rather than static numbers. Commanders and familiars can act independently, keeping combat moving while card choices remain responsive.

Bloodlust creates a rapid physical assault based on player input. Incantations summon commander-specific allies for devastating finishing attacks. Familiar Sacrifices convert a pet's remaining life into a final strike and may counter certain Bloodlust attacks or opposing Sacrifices.

FAMILIARS, EQUIPMENT, AND PROGRESSION

Discover 22 familiars: twenty available through the Armory and two earned from hidden challengers after completing the special card set. Attach one familiar to each saved deck, summon it once per battle, and let it fight independently with its own health, attacks, spells, buffs, death animation, experience, and earned levels.

Purchase consumables, armor, and stackable auras with profile currency. Equipment and aura power can be adjusted after purchase, allowing players to tune commander strength without losing unlocked upgrades.

MORE WAYS TO PLAY

Story Mode combines dialogue, randomized rivals, bosses, hidden encounters, autosaving, and character endings. Endurance Mode tracks how many randomized commanders can be defeated before one match loss and includes an optional full Auto Run for AI-versus-AI battles. Local Two Player gives both players separate profiles, collections, decks, equipment, and familiar selections.
