Basilisk's Isles is an investigation game. Explore the beautiful painterly islands as a mysterious looking visitor, talk with their colourful inhabitants, and use the different windows and tools at your disposal to unravel their strange mysteries.

Enjoy the view of a rich and colored landscape which looks like it came straight out of a sketchbook. Explore meticulously to witness the many details and unspoken stories hidden in the wild.

Gather informations

In Basilsik's Isles, you can write keywords to engage the conversation with the different characters. Everyone has something to say ! But some subjects can be a bit touchy, and you'll sometimes have to find alternative ways to get crutial informations.

A rich narrative

There is a lot to learn about the Isles and their inhabitants, their life and relations. From important knowledge for your investigation, to silly or charming fun facts, the characters have a lot to share. Communication is the key !

Flexible window layout

As you progress, you'll be granted access to multiple windows. Move, hide, snap and resize them at your will to make the your own window layout. 

The window system is inspired by well known operating systems with simple and intuitive controls. 

Each window is a tool

Each window is tool through which you can interact differently with the environment : track you progression, scan and place items, install a camera to spy on the inhabitants and more !

What's in the demo?

In the demo, you will explore the introduction and the first two inquiries of the game. Although Basilisk's Isles is a non-linear adventure, these two inquiries will allow you to familiarize yourself with the world and mechanics of Basilisk's Isles before discovering the rest of the game.
