About This Game

STORY

Summer in the remote countryside, surrounded by nature.
The world has met its end, and it’s just the two, alone.

Yuji, after graduating from university, did find a job. But the severe working conditions took a toll on his health, and he quit within the first six months. After deliberate contemplation, he moved to a vacant house in the countryside, which once belonged to his grandparents.

During his recovery, he spent his days filming the bits and pieces of life in the countryside, posting them on online video sites. With a stroke of luck, the videos went viral. However, by the time he could finally make a living as a video creator, the world was struck by a global pandemic.

While people all over the world succumbed to death, Yuji, fortunately, never got infected. The other residents in his village weren’t as lucky, though, and they all fell to the illness. Once he sent the only other villager aside from himself off, he thought...

“I’ll die too, one day.”

And he lived his life without motivation. That is, until he meets a wandering woman by the name of Mio, who reminds him of the joys of living his life.

A Woman Who Sought The Sea
                                                                                                          

She grew up in a normal town, going about her days like any other woman. However, when the global pandemic hit, she lost the people she could rely on and was left on her own. But she couldn’t live in a town full of corpses.

“If I’m going to die anyway, I’ll find a nice place.” 

And so she left, her sights set on the sea. But with an eminently bad sense of direction, she went the opposite way and ended up in a village. 

After days of walking, she was exhausted and could no longer move. That was when Yuji found her. He took her in, and the two began living together. Slightly introverted and having no experience interacting with older men, she is wary at first and behaves rather elusively. Once she realizes Yuji has a good heart, however, she slowly opens up to him and begins to smile.

“No need to be polite. I can see it’s not natural for you.”

A pretty calm guy, who usually does things at his own pace. However, he also has a strong sense of responsibility and can be too accommodating if you give him the chance.
