End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Vecury Interactive Inc. For the use of the video game software provided through Steam, including all associated materials, updates, and online features collectively. By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant
Vecury Interactive Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, assets, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole property of Vecury Interactive Inc.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Bypass, remove, or disable any security or technological features.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
Use the Game to create or distribute cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized tools.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
If the Game allows you to create, submit, or upload content ("UGC"):
You retain ownership of your UGC.
You grant Vecury Interactive Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and display your UGC in connection with the Game.
You represent that your UGC does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Game. These may be required for continued use. You agree that the Company may update the Game automatically without additional notice.

6. Online Features
Some features may require an internet connection, a Steam account, or third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or disruptions caused by these platforms.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Vecury Interactive Inc. may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecury Interactive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vecury Interactive Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
