Why Early Access?

“The game still has a few chapters to go, but it is finally in a playable state to the point where it can be released to the public for testing and feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We will be in early access for approximately 1 year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The early access version of the game demonstrates core mechanics and gameplay. I currently have plans for more content and more fun things to see and do. Lots of features seem like they can be expanded on, and thats because they can. Most of the content I worked on is present in the game at the moment, but there exists much more planned content that is currently not accessible in order to make the game presentable and avoid breaking the game or leading the player into an unfinished, soft-locking, or broken element. Being in early access implies that a bunch of stuff is subject to revision based on all sorts of factors, some factors being controllable and some not. What exists in the Early Access version is what I have finished. The amount of finished content is about 1/4 of what I have planned in terms of length alone in terms of core gameplay and actual length, and 1/2 in what I have developed usable content for.
At the current moment however, there is a start and a finish to the story. Achieving it will be much easier now than it will be in the full version.”

“The current state of the game is everything you see in the description so far.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“At present the game is free during Early Access; if we introduce a price at full release we will announce it well in advance, ensure the price reflects the additional content and improvements. I plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Release periodic test builds and sign up community testers to validate fixes and new features before wider release. Please go to the discord if you want to get involved in wacky testing hi-jinx and all sorts of crap.”

You are going to Crimpo Crap your pants playing this game! It's like other video games but significantly worse. I prematurely apologize for the lack of prose but video games are hard to make.

Finally someone to rattle the cages?

In Crimpo Quest, you play as Crimpo. After successfully retreating from his life for another successful school year, the first thing on Crimpo's mind was from a illegal low-speed vehicle. The wizard was courteous enough to bring you back to life, but booked it before you could assess the damage. Try to break even on his son's ribs! Will that make your phone un broken? No, but it will have you all tired out before bedtime!

Meet and beat strangers

interact and take the lives of several wacky characters. Some of which die at your hands and some are completely uncontrollable and understanding that is the first step to moving on. It’s all just your state of mind.

Deep Implications

Freudian thinking and analysis of interpersonal relationships of random strangers ties together several bigger stories and rewards intuition while also making sure that stupid people will never read anything longer than 6 sentences. Actually there’s more than 6 sentences in some sequences but half of them are “yeah” and “ok” from people that should be saying “watch your tone” and “I don’t get it”
