Build cities on floating islands and govern the Kingdom's colonies. Develop industry and trade, earn your people's loyalty and rise to challenge the throne itself.

Shape the colonies entrusted to you by the Kingdom. Organize homes, roads, and services to care for their inhabitants, from the first settlement to a thriving city. Food, health, education, and religious life are all part of its development.

Connect agriculture, industry, warehouses, and transport so raw materials reach workshops and goods reach the people who need them. Allocate labor and keep supplies flowing as your population and its needs grow.

Carry goods between cities and islands aboard sailing ships. Obtain what your colony needs and find markets for what it produces. Trade connects your city's development to the Kingdom's economy.

Governing a colony also means answering to the Crown and dealing with factions that have interests of their own. The prosperity of your cities and the support of their inhabitants underpin a rise that may lead you to challenge the throne itself.
