Practice cardiac coherence

Souffle is a colorful breathing game that helps you practice cardiac coherence, a breathing technique that is useful to reduce stress and improve overall health. Build your own safe space with cute characters and objects, choose between a variety of music and sound and go breathe!

Customize your session

  • Choose between a large choice of characters, objects and decorations.

  • Organise your safe space as you want, and set you own mood.

  • Save up to 3 presets.

Celebrate your progress

  • Unlock a new stickers each day that you breathe, there is up to 365 unique stickers to collect.

  • Rearrange the sticker book as you please to create adorable scenes.

  • Easily share your progress with your friends.
