A decade has passed since New Ehrengard braved the Crusade. Yet Silence still spreads and Purgatories become a common sight in every kingdom.

As faith falters, the Celestial Church sends Inquisitors across Sonnan to reclaim control over kings and commoners. One such Inquisitor arrives in Gravina, tasked with restoring faith by force.

But, following the trail of heretic prophets, this Inquisitor soon finds himself on the other side of the hunt...

For nearly a decade he has served the Celestial Church, hunting heretics and restoring order. Yet he still wonders why the creature chose a man of so little faith.
