• Complete control: Design your building using over 14 different room types—from open-space offices to research labs and server rooms.

• Infrastructure: Build electricity, water, and internet grids. Every desk and coffee machine consumes energy that you have to pay for.

• Space optimization: Monitor noise heatmaps and lighting. A noisy generator next to a break room will cost you tenants.

• Needs simulation: People need to use the toilet, eat, and relax. Neglecting their needs leads to a drop in productivity.

• Company ratings: Companies rate your building across four dimensions: Services, Reliability, Quality, and Decoration. Try to keep everything highly rated.

• Commitments: Receive emails from CEOs with expansion requests. Missing a deadline means your reputation will take a hit.
