This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Jan Štěpánek (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”) regarding the use of the computer game Office Manager (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”). The Game is provided through the Steam platform.
By installing, launching, or using the Game, you express your explicit consent to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or activate the Game.
1. LICENSE
The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game on your personal computer (PC) for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Steam terms of service.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Game is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the Game and its content (including, but not limited to, graphics, code, title, music, text) are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Author. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
The User may not, in whole or in part:
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or publicly display the Game or copies thereof, except as expressly authorized by the Author or the Steam platform.
Decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise interfere with the code, content, or assets of the Game.
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices contained within the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in any manner that could damage the Author or third parties.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying all copies of the Game. The Author may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and delete it from your computer.
5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The Game is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits or data, arising out of the use of the Game.
