八月末的某天，二十多名师生忽然被困在了学校里。失灵的电话、发疯的同学、扩散的传言、发生在眼前的灵异事件……一切都向着不祥的方向发展。与此同时，神秘的信息不断出现，似乎暗示了他们的未来是自相残杀。

每个人都有自己的想法，意见难以统一。还能信任谁？又是谁能活到最后？

当规则与常理崩塌，死亡随时有可能逼近，还能相信的是什么？是希望、正义、自我、意义、鬼神、爱？还是……
