But it's a race against time, with each decision bringing the monstrous elf closer to returning, along with your possible demise. This game features a giant elf who may kill or crush you; players can get swallowed alive and stomped on. The focus is on survival, but as the giants are female these interactions can be considered fetish content (vore/giantess/macrophilia).

There is no actual sexual content, but frequent possibilities of eating alive and occasional crushing - all mostly shown in first person. Players can also be placed in a cleavage or sat upon, with the enemies in moderately revealing costumes. There are internal shots of mouths, and cartoonish stomachs.
