• In your Steam Library, right-click Saihate Station and select Properties.

• Go to the DLC tab and make sure “Saihate Station [Twilight Railway] Official Setting & Art Book” is marked as downloaded.

• In the same window, open the Installed Files tab and click Browse.

• Open the file 251029_tasogare_art.work.pdf using any PDF viewer of your choice.
