Brutal Management is a game about growing your own business, where any sense of order depends entirely on your decisions, your willpower, and your ability to handle everything that suddenly goes wrong.



You’re in charge of everything — and everyone. Your team is fully at your disposal: direct them, command them, push them to work, or force them into action if you must. But remember — they’re not mindless machines. They have moods, reactions, and their own understanding of what’s happening.
They behave naturally and unpredictably because they’re driven by physics and their interaction with the world — and that’s exactly why they feel so alive.



This isn’t a boring simulator where you drown in routine. There’s always something happening: events shift rapidly, plans fall apart, and the environment constantly keeps you on your toes. You’ll encounter funny moments, unexpected reactions, a lively workspace, and even a dog who interferes with the workflow as if it’s written into his job description.



Your goal is simple: develop your business, earn money, upgrade your tools, and unlock new opportunities. Every day brings a new story — and none of them will be calm.
