The Professional Baseball Spirits series is a professional baseball game franchise dedicated to realism. The first home console title, Professional Baseball Spirits 2004, was released on March 25, 2004.

With Professional Baseball Spirits 2015, the series introduced 3D scanning technology, capturing real professional baseball players from every angle to recreate them in three dimensions. Laser scanning technology was also adopted to precisely measure and reproduce stadium layouts, delivering an exceptionally realistic baseball experience.
