Hijinks High turns an average school day into a disaster with up to five friends. Pull off ridiculous classroom objectives, hold off the faculty with your own bodily fluids, and make the bus before the janitor drags you to detention. Then go home to the Cul-De-Sack and do it again tomorrow.

About This Game

Six kids. One school day. The school fights back.

Hijinks High is a co-op PvE comedy for up to six players where every school day goes wrong on purpose. Pull off ridiculous classroom objectives with your friends and try not to get caught doing it. The faculty enforces the rules by hand: get caught and a teacher hauls you off wherever they want you. Rack up enough strikes and the janitor drags you to detention.

Your body keeps the receipts

Everything you eat and drink has to go somewhere, and where it ends up is worth points. Your bladder is a resource. Manage it, or make the accident count.

Pick how you play

Pick how you play before the day starts. The wheelchair student is not a costume. Different traversal, different objectives, and a different day for everyone in the room. One of the original Elder Scrolls Online world builders made the whole school ADA compliant, elevator network and all, so nothing is off limits.

The lemonade stand

Before class, buy modifiers at the lemonade stand that warp the entire day. Wheelchair Roulette hands the chair to a friend who did not ask for it. Earned and bought in-game, never with real money.

Make the bus

When the final bell rings, everyone runs for the bus with the faculty in pursuit. Make it out and go home to the Cul-De-Sack, where every player has a house and your Permanent Record follows you to tomorrow.

Features

  • Online co-op for up to six players. Two to six recommended. Solo is possible, and a bad idea.

  • Third-person all the way: every ragdoll, costume, and terrible decision is on screen to watch, clip, and share.

  • Classroom objectives that change with the day's schedule and who showed up, and finales that change based on who is in the room.

  • Faculty NPCs that enforce the rules by hand: teachers haul you off, strikes pile up, and the janitor drags you to detention.

  • The end-of-day extraction: outrun the faculty to the bus.

  • Pick how you play: the standard student or the wheelchair student, with more ways to play in development.

  • Session modifiers earned and bought in-game at the lemonade stand, including Wheelchair Roulette and the SuperFart upgrade. Never real money.

  • Character customization at its own station in the Cul-De-Sack.

  • Permanent Record: progression that follows you between school days, with unlocks along the way.

  • Juice boxes. The clock starts when you swallow.

  • Keyboard and mouse or controller.

  • On the way: player housing on the Cul-De-Sack, seasonal leaderboards, and larger social-hub lobbies.
