The MineEngineer Demo gives you a hands-on taste of the core systems that power the full game. It’s designed as an introduction to the world, the engineering loop, and the survival challenges you’ll face later on.

In this demo, you’ll start your journey inside a damaged Survival Pod after waking up from a 2-year cryogenic sleep. Your memory is foggy, your oxygen is nearly gone, and there’s no one out there responding to your signals. As an astronaut-engineer alone in space, the only way to stay alive is to follow the Memory Recovery Protocol — a built-in system that guides you through the first essential steps of survival.

What You’ll Experience in the Demo

• Basic survival gameplay — stabilizing oxygen, restoring electricity, and repairing your pod

• Mining and dismantling — gathering resources from asteroids and salvaging your surroundings

• Building and welding — learning how to assemble simple components, blocks, and your first small ship

• Combat & hazards — remembering how to defend yourself and deal with threats

• Exploration — locating an abandoned base that hints at the larger world waiting in the full game

Through these guided tasks and mini-objectives, you’ll rebuild the core engineering skills your character once had and take your first steps toward becoming a full-scale space engineer again.
