Bladeless Sword: Tale of Qin is a 2D pixel-art side-scrolling action adventure inspired by Metroidvania exploration and Sekiro-style combat, set in a mythic world of ancient Chinese fantasy. Players take on the role of Qin, a young girl bound to a mysterious duty and armed with a sword that has no blade. On the sacred slopes of Mount Sixiang, a legendary mountain divided by the four seasons, Qin must train, endure, and uncover the truth behind her mission — and the hidden fate of the world itself.

In this world, dragons, humans, Yao exist in a fragile balance. But as the day of destiny approaches, Qin is forced to confront not only powerful enemies, but also the secrets buried within her own purpose. Qin's fighting style stems from her unique bladeless sword, the bladeless sword cannot wound enemies by ordinary means. Instead, she channels her Qi into the weapon, forming a radiant blade of energy. This Qi blade is not used to strike, but to parry, deflect, and turn enemy attacks against them, gradually building Heart Sword energy — the key to unleashing Qin’s true strength. Journey across the four seasonal regions of Mount Sixiang, master the rhythm of battle, and discover what truly lies beneath this ancient fantasy world.
