This is an idle simulation game that won’t interrupt your work, experiments, or thesis writing. It quietly runs in a small corner of your screen—always there, always supporting you.

In the game, you play as a young lecturer just starting your academic career. Your mission is to build and lead your own research team—conducting experiments, analyzing data, and publishing papers in scientific journals—embarking on a challenging and rewarding journey through academia.

                                                    Interview Students

Begin from scratch by personally interviewing master's and PhD candidates. Select the most suitable students to join your team.

                                                  Manage the Lab

Students may slack off occasionally. Conduct regular inspections by clicking to check their status—motivate them, spark creativity, and reduce unproductive time. If a student consistently underperforms with little progress, you have the right to take action—deny graduation and deliver the "iron fist of research reality."

                                    Purchase and Upgrade Lab Equipment

Improve research efficiency by acquiring and upgrading equipment. Don’t forget to add some entertainment facilities to relieve stress and prevent burnout. Transform your humble lab into a cutting-edge, intelligent research hub.

                                                     Publish Papers

When your research is ready, write and submit papers to journals. The higher the quality, the more likely you are to get published in top-tier, high-impact journals.

                                        Climb the Academic Ladder

As your influence grows, so will your academic rank—from Lecturer, to Associate Professor, and eventually to a respected full Professor.

The hardships along the way? Only you will truly understand.
