VALENCE is a strategic multiplayer card game where chemistry becomes your battlefield.
Inspired by classic TCGs, it reimagines deckbuilding through the lens of science: use atoms as your fundamental resources and combine them to synthesize molecules that fight for you on the board. Victory comes by reducing your opponent’s Lab Integrity to zero through clever construction and tactical play.

Core Features

• Atoms as Resources – Play Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, and more into your Atom Zone. Each atom provides both general energy and its specific element.

• Molecules as Creatures – Summon molecules by meeting their atomic requirements (e.g., H₂O requires 2 Hydrogens and 1 Oxygen). Each has Attack, Health, and thematic abilities.

• Reactions & Equipment – Cast powerful one-time effects or deploy lasting laboratory gear to shift the balance of the match.

• Leader Classes – Choose a scientific specialization that defines your Atom pool, passive trait, and Hero Power, creating unique deck archetypes.

• Shared Lab Factors – A dynamic lab state—temperature, pH, solvent, and light—is visible to both players and can be manipulated by cards and abilities. These factors directly influence outcomes:

  • Temperature: Damage and reaction speed scale with heat or cold. Example: Fireball deals more damage at higher temperatures.

  • pH: Acid/base cards gain bonuses in acidic or basic conditions (e.g., acids weaken alkaline creatures at low pH).

  • Solvent: Polar vs. nonpolar environments change solubility.

  • Light: Photochemical triggers enable or supercharge reactions (e.g., catalysts activate only under illumination or specific wavelengths).

• Strategic Depth – Decide whether to expand your atom base, unleash molecules, tune the lab factors, or disrupt your opponent’s lab. Every choice matters.

• Multiplayer Battles – Challenge rivals online, track your progress with MMR, and climb the ranks.
