Krimania is an Eastern European landfill island, sometimes mistaken for a country, located on the northern coast of the Black Sea, made up of European outcasts, army deserters, immigrants and criminals who have nowhere else to go. Shortly after becoming an independent nation during the Cold War, Krimania became a central hub for smuggling and organized crime. The population's main diet is alcohol, tobacco, paint thinners, and ice cubes. Many criminal organizations have set up shop in this post-Soviet landfill, including the Russian mafia, Ukrainian mafia, Turkish mafia, Georgian mafia, and many more.
Bill Maxwell is wanted for murder, and he's hiding in this crime-ridden country.
