One Likvar Candidate Has Been Assigned to You.

Likvars are state-operated special agents with anomalous abilities. They must complete eight months of training and pass a 30-day field evaluation to earn official Likvar status.

The candidate assigned to you is Zoya.

Assign her missions, manage her physical and mental condition, and secure the results required for her evaluation.

Injuries that do not interfere with operational duties are not grounds for exemption.

Your Time Is Limited.

Zoya needs treatment and rest. You may also need to stabilize her mental condition or cover your tracks when surveillance becomes too intense.

But recovery takes time, and prioritizing missions may cause her condition to deteriorate.

Decide what needs attention today and what can wait until tomorrow.

It Is Not Your Job to Judge the Public Good.

Likvar duties are not limited to rescue operations.

Suppressing protests, carrying out forced evictions, protecting important individuals, and preventing unwanted testimony can all be classified as legitimate public service.

Consider the risks, rewards, and Zoya’s condition before assigning a mission.

What Zoya can do is determined by her abilities. What she does is determined by you.

You Cannot Change the Facts. You Can Change the Reports.

What happens in the field does not necessarily have to match what you report to your superiors.

You can omit unfavorable details, adjust achievements, or shift responsibility.

You can protect Zoya, or place the blame on her to protect yourself.

But erasing a record does not mean it never happened.

In 30 Days, All Records Will Be Reviewed.

Zoya’s physical and mental condition, mission performance, surveillance risk, and service record will all factor into her final evaluation.

Zoya will also remember your orders. However, this is not an official evaluation criterion.

Her eligibility for official Likvar status will be determined by the records you submit.

Producing a good Likvar and producing a good record are not necessarily the same thing.

Under current regulations, Zoya is the subject of this evaluation.
