Miksi Early Access?

Hadal is a systems-driven game, and the best versions of such games are shaped directly through player experience. Early Access allows me to build the world, mechanics, and mission structure not only around my own vision, but around how players actually interact with the submarine, the ocean, and each other.

Community feedback is essential for tuning difficulty, refining crew systems, improving mission flow, and expanding the depth of Europa’s ecosystem. By involving players early, I can ensure the game grows in the directions that feel meaningful, intuitive, and engaging — not just to me, but to the people who explore the hadal depths first-hand.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

My goal is to keep Hadal in Early Access for no longer than six months — most likely less. Once the core systems, mission structure, and essential features reach the level I consider the minimum for a complete experience, the game will move to full release and continue receiving regular updates outside of Early Access.

The full version of Hadal is planned to offer a more refined, expanded, and stable experience based on community feedback. Early Access will help me balance the core systems, improve mission flow, deepen the atmosphere, and polish the submarine management loop. The final release should feel more cohesive, with smoother progression, better AI behaviour, expanded content variety, and a more complete representation of the world beneath Europa’s ice.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version of Hadal is fully playable and includes the core gameplay loop: operating a submarine, completing contracts, navigating Europa’s under-ice regions, managing your crew, and dealing with the hazards of the deep. While the foundation is solid, the game is still being expanded and refined. Players should expect ongoing improvements — from quality-of-life updates and polish to larger systems, content additions, and overall depth of interaction.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

I do not plan to change the price after leaving Early Access. The game is intended to launch at the same price in both versions.
