Valmora is a dark-fantasy action RPG for mature audiences. It contains full nudity, consensual sexual content between adults, brothels, and romance paths with companions. The setting features morally gray themes such as slavery as an economic system and power imbalances, as well as combat violence, blood, and strong language. Slavery is not a pretext for showing non-consensual sex on screen; there are no in-game references to non-consensual sex.

All intimate scenes are optional and initiated by player choice. There is no sexual violence, no depiction of minors, and no incest or bestiality. Players can skip scenes at any time.
