About This Game

Don't walk Istanbul. Own it.

Humans have the pavement. We have the rest. In Catropolis, see Istanbul through a cat's eyes: rooftops, balconies, stair-streets and interiors, all connected by routes worth a closer look.

They see a window ledge. You see a way forward. Above the everyday bustle, a forgotten feline history waits to be noticed. Curious? Good. There's a city to read.

Development screenshots captured in-game. Adult scenes use the normal player camera with staged placements and existing actions. Kitten images are frames from the opening cinematic.

Gameplay loops show actions from a development build, captured with temporary shot cameras. Presentation may change.

The world through our eyes

Istanbul keeps its everyday life at street level. You have other plans. Slip beneath cafe tables, look up through narrow backstreets and follow the shapes of balconies and rooftops.

Tiles under paw. Old walls beside modern windows. A city built in layers, with a different story depending on where you stand.

The mother cat walks toward the camera through a sunlit cafe lane.

Read the vertical maze

The sidewalk is only the beginning. Follow window ledges, cross planks and scaffolding, and trace a path towards the rooftops. The next route is worth looking up for.

Look. Line it up. Move. Pay attention to how the spaces connect, then find your way through them. The city has height. You have a better view.

The black-cat fish race

Switch to the black cat for a fish race through the streets and toward the rooftops, with rival cats competing for the same prize.

A black cat swipes a white rival with its paw in a nighttime cafe lane.

A black cat carries a fish past cafe furniture with a white rival cat close behind.

The lineage mystery

They call it history. We call it inheritance. Beneath modern Istanbul runs the story of a forgotten feline lineage. Inherited memory ties your journey to a past the city has not quite buried.

Rooftops, narrow passages and old interiors form the setting for that mystery. The threads reach across generations. The answers can wait.

Observe. Follow the traces. Some things deserve a closer look.

Warm daylight. Electric night.

Sun-drenched afternoons. Electric, moonlit nights. Warm rooftops and deep blue streets give Istanbul two very different moods. You look at home in both.

Lit windows cut through shadow. Tiles, balconies and old walls catch the light. The city provides the drama. You provide the silhouette.

The visual contrast illustrates atmosphere. It does not promise a dynamic day and night system.

The mother cat approaches across the night rooftops, with the Golden Horn skyline behind her.

The mother cat meows toward the camera beside balcony ironwork above a street at night.
