  • Pretend to start a happy, fun colony and give your citizens everything they want (while funding the Planetary Tax Bureau like a military organization)

  • Let none stand in the way of your mighty.. immigration policies to send your enemies spiraling into ruin by luring their citizens away (not actual gameplay) -- That, and you know, destroying their planets to ensure compliance (there we are)
