What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“As a solo game developer, it’s easy to get stuck in your own perception of what makes your game good or bad; Early Access provides a great opportunity for me to present a transparent development process where people interested in my project can provide real-time feedback as I continue development. ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan to have this project ready for release by September of 2028.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I want the full-version to include multiplayer support, additional firearms/ equipment/ vehicles, an expanded open-world, additional small levels for competitive play, and an inventory management system. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version of this game is a single-player sandbox with a drivable vehicle, fully fleshed-out firearm mechanics, full-body first-person perspective, incorporated rag-doll physics, and dynamic audio & lighting. A full list of current features can be found in the "About This" section. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to gradually raise the price as new content and features are added. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Yes, community feedback is greatly appreciated, and volunteers are welcomed! Anyone with expertise or general suggestions can contact me on X/Twitter: @BlankCanvasSB (My YouTube Channel is linked in the description of my X page). I will be providing updates & addressing community feedback throughout development and if enough people show interest, I plan to set up a free chatroom/channel on an app like Discord or Telegram so community members can provide real-time feedback and stay up to date on the current progress of the project.”

About This Game

Please Note:

This is an early alpha version of what is planned to begin as an Arena-Shooter and then evolve into an Open World Sandbox with community-driven features.

Currently, it's a Single-Player test environment which I plan to continually update as more features are developed.

What is the Current State of this Project? :

In the current version of this project, you will find fully fleshed-out firearm mechanics for a pistol and rifle; leaning, crouching, sprinting, climbing; a basic equipment system, and a drivable vehicle, as well as smaller details such as physics based item interactions and rag-doll.

The world is crafted with high-definition graphics and global illumination with attention to detail for an immersive realistic experience.

What are the Goals of this Project? :

Initial mechanics & systems I plan to add:

1) Implementing Host-Based Multiplayer with Steam Lobbies

2) Adding more Firearms & Equipment

3) Adding more Vehicles and improving Driving Mechanics & Audio

4) Creating Small-Medium Levels for competitive play

5) Adding custom Character & Item Models/Assets

Long-term Goals:

1) Expanding Open World w/ Dynamic Features (weather, day-night cycle, etc...)

2) Implementing an Inventory Management & Crafting System

3) Adding AI/ NPC Systems

3) Porting over to Dedicated Servers
