What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Voice2Action is a complex voice-to-command system that integrates speech recognition, AI assistance, and gaming overlays. While the core features are functional, we want to involve the community early to gather feedback, refine usability, and ensure compatibility with a wide variety of hardware and games. Early Access allows us to build a better and more reliable product together with our users. Our long-term vision is to advance the AI capabilities to a level where it can understand and execute virtually anything the user intends.

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“We expect Voice2Action to remain in Early Access for about 12 to 18 months. This timeframe may be adjusted depending on user feedback, feature development, and overall stability improvements.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version, we plan to add additional voice recognition languages, aim to improve AI-powered features, and expect to offer more customization options for shortcuts, as well as expanded support for different platforms and games. We also intend to include a more polished user interface, enhanced performance, and extended accessibility options, guided by community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes core functionality such as push-to-talk, multiple language support, AI-assisted and offline modes, and Steam overlay integration. While stable, some features are still experimental and may require refinement for optimal performance.

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. Voice2Action will be offered at a lower price during Early Access as a way to thank early supporters. As we add more features and improve stability, the price will gradually increase for the full release.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community actively throughout the Early Access phase. Feedback from users will play a central role in improving speech recognition accuracy, refining AI-assisted features, and expanding compatibility with different games and hardware setups.

Players will be able to share their suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests through Steam forums and our official communication channels. We intend to prioritize highly requested features and provide regular updates based on community input.

Our goal is to shape Voice2Action into a tool that truly meets the needs of its users, and the best way to achieve that is by developing it together with the community.

Voice2Action gives players a new way to interact with their favorite titles—making gaming more immersive, responsive, and inclusive.

How To Use?

Voice2Action uses the microphone defined in Windows, so a microphone is required.
If a microphone is available and you don’t want to use AI mode, you can simply press Start to begin listening.

Before that, you should add new shortcuts from Settings → Shortcuts.

  • Enter the word or phrase you want to say.

  • Click on Capture Shortcut and press either a single key or a combination of keys.

  • Then click Add and finally Save & Close.
After that, you can press Start and your shortcut will be active.

Currently, hold-to-press functionality is not available, but it will be added later.
From Settings → General, you can also set your Push-To-Talk key.

In the main window, you can choose the language you want to speak in, and you can toggle Push-To-Talk on or off.

Finally, if you encounter any bugs or issues, please report them to us.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Voice2Action uses artificial intelligence to enhance voice command recognition. While the application works fully offline, the AI mode allows more natural commands to be understood, even if spoken with variations or errors. The AI system does not create copyrighted or harmful content; it is only used to improve usability and provide more flexible, accurate voice-to-action interactions.
