END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and The Big Studio ("Developer") for the use of the software application "Voice2Action" (the "Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or resell the Software except as permitted by Steam’s license system.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
- Circumvent or disable any security or licensing mechanisms of the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Developer.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software may integrate with third-party services, such as OpenAI APIs or other online services. The use of such services may be subject to separate terms and conditions of those third parties.
5. DATA COLLECTION
The Software may collect basic technical information, such as SteamID, solely for the purpose of functionality, licensing, and improving user experience. No personal data is sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
