This is a tale of those who bear the burden of sin.

"Velgrym" is a fixed-camera 3D horror game woven with distinctive characters and a profound storyline. Players become Chalara, a grotesque entity trapped in "the space between this world and the next" due to their mortal "sins."

What appears in this "liminal space" are worlds manifested from the intense memories of others. Schools, hospitals, familiar homes— These are places where the souls of those who once committed sins wander.

You must trace through their "memories," uncover hidden truths, and grant them salvation. However, the choice of "redemption" is left entirely to the player. Will you grant them peace and allow them to "pass on," or will you punish them and "send them back to the mortal world"? Your choices will dramatically shape the story's conclusion.

With each soul you save, Chalara draws closer to understanding their own "sin" and "reason for existence."

"Do people commit sins because of their inherent soul, or because of the environment in which they were raised?"
