In the eternal city of Aevum, time doesn’t flow. Instead, it folds. The laws of reality unravel in a coliseum where champions of every era collide in epic combat. You are a Weaver, a master summoner with the power to bend history to your will. Your task? To assemble a squad of legendary figures from across time and space, and battle rival Weavers for glory, survival, and control.

Players form powerful teams by summoning historical and mythical champions, each with distinct roles and unique abilities. Gameplay is strategic, cerebral, and deeply customizable, where no two decks are the same, even with identical champions.

You will assemble a team of four Champions, mixing and matching from a roster of legendary heroes to find the perfect synergy. Every battle is a test of wits, and your path to victory starts with how you build your team. Choose your champions from four distinct roles, each bringing a unique strategic approach to the fight:

• Attackers: The DPS of your team, focused on dealing devastating damage and finishing off your foes.

• Defenders: The unbreakable wall, designed to protect your team, absorb damage, and control the tempo of the match.

• Strategists: The masterminds who disrupt your opponent's plans, manipulate the battlefield, and twist the tide of battle in your favor.

• Supports: The backbone of your squad, specializing in healing allies, applying powerful buffs, and enabling explosive, game-changing combos.

With your team of four selected, you will build a minimum 60 card deck. Each of your chosen champions comes with 12 unique Action Cards (with four copies of each) that form the core of your deck. How you combine these cards, which champions you pair, and what combos you discover will define your playstyle. This deep level of customization ensures that even when two players choose the identical set of champions, they will face off with completely different tactics and strategies.

Your objective is clear, but your path to victory is your choice. There are two distinct ways to claim a win:

• Gain a 2-Champion advantage on the battlefield.

• Successfully eliminate 3 of your opponent's Champions.

It's a constant test of managing your deck like a battlefield, anticipating your enemy's moves, and knowing exactly when to strike and when to hold back.

A Game That Rewards Skill, Not Spending

Anachron is free-to-play, and it always will be. All future champions and game modes will also be free.

The game is monetized through optional cosmetic items only, such as:

* Card borders

* Player icons

* Alternative card art (no gameplay impact)

Everything else, from deck building to battles, is skill-based and accessible to everyone.
